Hey, I’m Rishika! I’m a design researcher and strategist with a Master’s in Research for Design & Innovation from Elisava, Barcelona.
My journey started with a curious mind and a camera in hand, that grew into a passion for understanding people, behaviours, and the systems shaping everyday life. My work bridges human understanding with future-thinking solutions.
At Elisava, I led projects for global brands like EA Games, Zalando and Alcon, from designing a gear comparison feature for athletes to envisioning a training ecosystem for robotic surgery. These experiences deepened my practice in qualitative research, usability testing, prototyping, and systems thinking.
Earlier, I worked on visual and digital engagement design at The Space at 9/2 (Kolkata), collaborating with brands in fashion, healthcare, and tech.
I find joy in exploring new cultures, singing to unwind, and doing work that makes a genuine difference, whether through design or by supporting causes I care about.
If the work is honest, the impact is real, and there’s room for curiosity, I’m all in.
